Someone Ripping Off My Link

Discussion in 'Google AdWords' started by RockSolid1, Oct 22, 2009.

I was getting a couple sales a week off a program I'm promoting and about 2 weeks ago sales just stopped.

My ad position is still good.

Does that mean someone is stealing my link and redirecting to their own? How can I find out?

    Thanks

It is hard to answer your question. Please provide more info such as: is this a CPA offer? Do you have a landing page or you redirecting link from adwords to the program's website? Or Maybe this is a software?

I think my clickbank link is also been ripped off in the past 48 hours.

Just stopped my campaign as I was incurring adwords clicks but my Clickbank analytics hops suddenly stopped a few days back.

Luckily I am only testing one offer with Clickbank at the moment.

I have changed the hoplink format to the new version (I had the old version in my Dest URL). Does anybody think this will work?

    Thanks

STOP TRYING TO RUN YOUR DAMN POST COUNT UP. READ THE THREAD, AND THAN POST! THIS IS GETTING ANNOYING!

    ( sorry for caps)

as for the OP, I'm not sure, check if you went over your budget, or your campaign stopped. It could be the smallest things.

Decided to do some research on this and found out that Link masking is a good way to protect affiliate commissions from being hijacked. I also found out about GoCodes Redirection Plug in for Wordpress but the website I read it on did not elaborate, maybe it is already mentioned here on this website, will do some searching on it.

I think that you should install statcounter.com on your landing page and then pay close attention to your stats and about what keywords you get traffic from, how much time visitor spends and stuff.
