Report it to Google. Someone like that will probably get himself banned anyway, I'm sure yours isn't the only article he copied. However, in your next article have a link back within the article itself. That way, you'll benefit from it next time someone steals an article.

    here's what I would do.

    1) contact him directly asking him not to copy your stuff, and take down the currently copied articles. Scary him by saying you will take legal action.
    2) If 1 fails. if he has adsense on the site, contact google about copyright.
    3) If 2 fails, contact his hosting company
    4) If 3 fails, if you have $10k in the bank, and just want to revenge the hack out of that guy, pursuit legal action.. <-- this is long process and it's alot of work, what you will ended up with is he remove the articles, and he ended up paying your legal fee and your revenue loss due to he copied your articles, but you must prove it. That's if he loses the case.

I have not received anything back from him as expected and he has not removed the article. I think he is too busy stealing other people's articles for his 1,200 spam domains that he owns. I will report this to his domain registrar and Google since he uses AdSense on his pages.

Some website out of the United Kingdom has an article from my website word for word on their site. I wrote them today but I am going to chalk it up to a loss if they don't respond. Not worth the headache, but very frustrating.

I would try and contacting his domain hosting provider and shutting him down from the source. If you can provide proof than there shouldn't be a problem getting rid of this guy.

Good luck. But I think that he will only use another Ad system.
I hope they close his account. I hate it when my posts get copied but as some one else said it is the way of the internet.
