Ive just been told by the owner of the domain that he thinks the domain is worth £200!!!! I think that is extortionate!! What do you think??
It is a buyer willing seller willing world. For such a domain the prices can vary, it will depend a lot on your negotiation skills, I personally won't pay more than $100 for this domain.

firstmillion The domain alone is worth reg fee IMHO. There is no overture or wordtracker scores. If you have got content and the traffic is good then the evaluation will be higher.
Use traffic estimator tool in your adwords account and leave max CPC field empty, google will then show you what are the average CPC and maximum CPC for that term. For this keyword average CPC is $9.20 and maximum CPC is $35.34. Though this keyword has zero overture and wordtracker count.
Its a bit long imo, not that easy to remember, i'd say it was worth around reg fee to low $xx undeveloped!
