I am hoping someone can help me. My site: tropicalfishtanksonline.com has been shoved to the left hand side of the screen since I upgraded a couple of plugins. Silly me didn't back up first. Anyone know what the problem might be?

Make sure everything is the latest version...all plug ins, and of course word press. Deactivate all plug ins, and activate them one by one to see if they are all compatible with each other.

just delete the plugins causing problem from plugins folder. Then reinstall those old plugins.

It really doesn't look bad to the left, but should be an easy fix if all you did was upgrade plugins. I have learned the hard way about being extremely cautious when updating anything WP-related. Only do so for security reasons! If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

    The advice above will work.

    1. Deactivate the existing plug ins and reactivate 1 x 1 to see if you can find the culprit.
    2. If that doesn't work you can delete the plugins from cPanel and reinstall the old versions

I had a problem with a particular theme going from Wordpress 2.6 to 2.7. When I couldn't get the plug ins to work, I had to remove them and reinstall. I ended up just using an old version of the plug in causing the problem.

Sometimes the "If it ain't broke, dont' fix it" rule applies. Just because a new plugin is available doesn't mean you should use it.

If you look at the source code of some very popular wordpress blogs you often find they are using a version that is quite old. Because there is no point in fixing something that is already working.

Fantastic advice, thanks guys for your answers. I will try the deactivating and reactivating thing first and see how I go. Very true if something aint broke don't fix it. A bit of a newbie to wordpress so I appreciate all your help :)
