Someone ont his forum has stolen my product. They are selling it within this forum and now its ranking high on the SE's. This is unfair. How can I report this person and get their account deleted?

Er, no, don't. I've moved it to the appropriate forum. @OP - you need to start thinking along the lines of DMCA if they have a website.
oops sorry, bad advice I guess... I'll remember this is the right forum in case I see more threads like this @mbomb - have you confronted your thief? I suggest reading this article by Lorelle (one of the wordpress designers/staffers). It deals with content theft but I believe a lot of it would help in this case too. There is a very nice sample DMCA letter in there that she allows you to copy/use.
