Unmoderated is okay, but...does that mean someone can leave each staff member and any other random forum member a negative itrader and it'll be unmoderated? It's a general question not concerned with the OP's situation.

Who cares if some Bozo got infraction after he damaged my good name?

Why do you have Report function if you know you won't take any actions to restore some guy/girl reputation?

i saw id taduyducvn has been banned. That's good. But i think DP should add more functions for moderate iTraders. We have to protect both buyer and seller :)

    Well,
Honestly, I think iTraders should come under moderation area. Just look at the similar threads of this thread. There are also a few other thread that I noticed isn't there.

@Smyrl, why there's a report button and iTrader abuse infraction when iTraders isn't under moderation area? What happens if someone use that report button in situation like OP's? Will that get reviewed and removed if there is a real abuse?

Generally itrader issues are not clear cut and involve he said, she said issues. Mods lack concrete information with which to make calls. Online transaction are much like face to face transactions. If you go into a brick and mortar store and buy a product which does not satisfy you, you must deal with store owner or manager. Here you must do the same thing and negotiate resolution with buyer/seller and yourself. Do not expect mod intervention.

The short answer to the question, when I receive an itrader abuse report, I look at the situationy. I am unable ro remove itrader. I trader, like diamonds, lasts forever.

Interesting. Look at this guy case, I feel sorry for him. I read his thread, why he can't show taduyducvn the proof why he sell it that cheap? There're something fishy behind, I think.
