i have videos on youtube.com and ive found that this company is selling memberships to their website using my videos embeded on their member pages. by using the youtube.com embed tage for my videos. can they do this, or am i up a creek because i uploaded it to a public website, and also have the embed tag enabled for people to do this. kinda. but not get paid for it.
i think youtube you can share it every where that you want, that's why they give us a embed code. But, if you dont want that, just hide or delete your video. Or still dont want that, just email them and make sure that video is yours. Ask them to remove it (i dont think so) or you can put a link back in your video. Hope it helpfull
Theres nothing you can do! I have wrote several tutorials on youtube for various niches people have stloen the video and edited my link out of it etc.. So Now I just put a permanent watermark on the video so if people want to use it they can but it will allways link to me!
Put your link down at the video using some video editing tools available free. You can do nothing regarding the user who is posting your videos. You have already accepted that in your terms of use. And you have enables the embed link too! Better remove the video from youtube if you dont want that. And then post a new video having your link at the footer which the viewers can see and go to your site by typing that in the address bar.
Once you uploaded it in youtube, it's for free. Just put a watermark on each video before you upload it. Or you can disable the embed so that they can't able to transfer the codes.
