Hi, guys! I have a problem and i really hope you will be able to help me with advice.
I sold a website to one person and after my website and domain was moved to his hosting account - he made a chargeback.
It's ridiculous - he pretends that site is not working, but it is working and he is using it at the same time!!!
I wonder what should i do now? Any suggestions how can i prove to paypal that he's scammer, not me ?

You should have used Escrow to prevent these kind of problems.

In these case, PayPal won't support you. While selling domains or any other services, you should deal with trusted people or you should use escrow.

Paypal would only protect sellers if you're selling on ebay, even that is to a certain extent. If you can't provide a concrete evidence about the scam to them, you're finished. You shouldn't use Paypal for this kind of outside-ebay deals. Scammers love using Paypal to rip money off from outside-ebay sellers.

Paypal can support you as the goods are digital and as far as paypal is concern they do not cover Digital Goods or Services. Since you are seller then you will win. You just need to stay on the point that the thing offered was Digital and you have made the transfer.

I had a similiar problem when someone bought some articles from me and then tried to say they didnt receive them. However, when i called paypal they closed the dispute right away because they do not support online transactions. So try calling them explain it was something that was done online and they should close the dispute immediately.

    Good luck
