Nothing more you can do but to ban the user or pull the ads until Google replys

10 clicks with zero earnings means invalid.

How do I do this? I don't even know who he/she is...

Calm down, 10 clicks are not that much.
If you have $0 earnings, that means that Adsense detected them as invalid.
If it continues you just have to remove your site from the Allowed List, at your adsense account... ;)

I think this is a major flaw with adsense. Someone could basically go to 10 sites a day, click the adsense 100 times and get the user banner. I think google should automatically disallow clicks from certain IP addresses. That'd make their support tickets a lot shorter :p

google should treat rapid clicking from a single IP as invalid clicks

this will protect both advertiser and publisher

it's crazy to ban innocent publisher and make all his hardwork become worthless

You should look at your site statistics and google too. Try to detect the time when he is clicking on your site. If you see he don`t stop get out the google ads for a while. Maybe he won`t come back.

google want no string attach to this cases, they might as well have new publishers than keep those that are fraud or have been a victim of jealousy

10 is nothing, honestly. Writing to adsense doesn't hurt, but you can worry really when hundreds of clicks are registered when your visits are only dozens :)

Hello silveraden, calm down my friend... :)

10 small clicks is nothing.. and it appears google has already determined these as invalid or as a click burst from same IP address and therefore made them as invalid..

However if you want to try to find out the IP and ban it from your server you can check through the log files in cPanel called "Raw Access Logs."
