I just heard a few of my friends asking whether I am using a new "MSN messenger" ID and then I figured out that someone else s impersonating me and most likely scamming people. I was a victim once, someone used someone elses username and scammed me, and this time he is using my username. this sucks.
MSN will always sign you out if you are signed in on another computer. You can immediately sign back in by clicking the prompt though.

I think you should send the details and the person's address involved to microsoft and lodge a police complain.
yeah, best way here is mentioning it to MS...though i'm not sure how quick they are with these types of things...
