Those who can't do... try to mess everyone else over as well. I've had a VERY HIGH CTR on a few of my proxies today as well as yesterday. Someone is trying to clickbomb the hell out of me. Now while the pathetic person doesn't understand that I just report it, and nothing will occur to me, as it is no fault of my own, the early-warning flags on AdSense do stop the earnings after multiple clicks come in the same amount of time from the same IP. So they basically screw my earnings over from that site for the day. I've always given advice for free in my line of business. Why would someone feel the need to try and run me out? The traffic wont magically go to them. And pardon my french, but I sure as hell wont be helping the prick trying to do this to me when I find out who it is.
Internet marketing really is a nasty business. The fact that people are behind computer screens is more than enough reason for them to believe that they are "invisible" and can do anything they want. If downloading media is illegal, why can't those that are trying to sabotage a website's profit (which the webmaster may rely on for a living) be prosecuted?
Im not tripping that much about it. Matter of the fact is, if I find out who did it, I'll probably pay someone to put them out of the webmastering business, just to eliminate the threat. I never use Blackhat SEO, or put webmasters out of commission, but only in return that noone does that to me. I just find it sad.
I don't get why he would try to clickbomb you on your PROXY. There are thousands of proxies out there!
People know Im good with proxies. I dont understand why he or she would think that my traffic would magically transfer to him or her if my adsense was out of commission.
First thing I did. I know nothing will become of it, but I still feel bad that I always help people out for free and such, and then they try and mess me over like this.
Why do you say that for? I had an issue the other day and someone managed to save my account. I'm sure they'll still watching my account now.
