Hi admins and moderators, I have a problem. Yesterday I've created my sales thread, but soon after that someone has posted that I scammed him. That person have only one post and that account is only few hours old. I didn't have any sale in that time. I have answered on all questions etc and 15 min ago I've received email from DP that my thread is in wrong section. It was in 'Vouchers' subforum. And all other sales are there. Now my thread is removed in 'Cheap stuff' and this way I'm loosing potential buyers. Please tell me why is it removed? I didn't break any rule or something like that as I know. Btw. after reviewing my thread 10 min ago I've seen another post from another new user who is saying same thing that I've scammed him. I've tried to figure out is that person one of the old users looking at IP hash, but nothing. Please help me with this if you can, because I'm trying to do my business professionally here on DP. Thanks!
LOL. Not sure who he is, but he appears to have created 3 IDs in the last 24 hours to make your life miserable. When you run into something like that your best bet is the report button. The threat is of course silly... even without knowing who he is I can promise he cant cause your family to get cancer. Quite a psycho you have there. FWIW, reported it.
Hey rob, thanks for understanding situation and for the advice. I have reported every his post on that thread. I can only wait for some response.
OK, I just saw the user(s) I've reported are banned. But still is one question open - can I close this thread in section 'Cheap stuff' and put it again in section 'Vouchers' because that way I will have more buyers for sure?
