    Contact his host with proof that the site in question is using copy righted material without permission and it should get taken down. If its yahoo, then just email or . Hope that helps.

    Regards,

    Get an official looking legal letter and mail it to him certified mail. Say that you are a lawyer and if he doesn't take the site down immediately, you will take legal action.

    File a proper DCMA Copyright Infringement complaint with the webhost, the registrar and with Google.

    It should contain:
    a) Identify the material & URL that you claim is infringing

    b) A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed
    use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;

    c) A statement by you declaring under penalty of perjury that (1) the above
    information in your Notice is accurate, and (2) that you are the owner of
    the copyright interest involved or that you are authorized to act on behalf
    of that owner;

    d) Your address, telephone number, and email address; and

    e) Your physical or electronic signature.

    Wow is that just a shame. Domain is only a week old. You should have someone called the registrant contact and verbally tell them you expect the site to be immediately removed or you will be seeking legal action against them as well as seeking monetary damages via a civil action. You need to get tough on idiots like this. DMCA their ISP and the SE as well.

    tobycoke is right. You should file DMCA complaints with the parties involved with this infringement. Do a search for DMCA templates to help you complete the documents. Send them to the appropriate parties and the offenders site will be removed rather quickly.

    Good luck

    It does suck, but theres an up side to it... not everyone has a site that someone else is willing to copy, so it must be good;)

    DNS normally point to a server correct ! you cant hide this so normally its ns1.bobs.co.uk i would go on bobs.co.uk and see what information they have on the person's email then from there i would maybe get freinds to spam the site that rippping you until they remove it i go for the childish way lol.

    If u use css thats a good way to notice like stylesheet.css they no u have it and is normally easy to download anyways cause they can view it in the source code so they just add that in internet explorer or firefox and bang they have your css aswell lol so thats a good thing cause all your codes in there and yours will be the oldest and yeah.
