Someone is selling my OWN SCRIPT :(

    Is selling MY script ( selling here http://topearn.net )

    What can I do about it :( ?

    Someone on DP is selling it? Better contact DP admin. Looking into encoding, you may be able to protect your script so you don't have it happen again.

    Perhaps an idea if you're also willing to explore: put some kind of "sticky note" on your web site that someone is
    selling an unauthorized copy of your script, and what you can and won't do if that happens. Just an idea, though.

    it not easy for blocking illegal download these day.
    just advice for everyone, if you sell a software make sure it's encrypted or have authorised at least it not that easy for them to steal.

    You basically have 2 options. A takedown notice and a request to DP to do something about the poster, and a copyright attorney to sue the violator. You can sue not only for your loss for each copy he sells, but also for the reduction in the value of your script that occurs by his selling more copies than should have been sold. (Assuming that the value does, in fact, decrease.)
