Someone is ripping my website - Need your suggestion

I have a problem.

I own this website iphoneunlockgeek.com(custom graphics) and paid some 600$ to finish the graphics and the backend but it has been copied entirely into iphoneunlockgeek.net and selling on a different paypal address.

I have not started any promotions on it but this guy is already ranking on google.

I have already contacted the owner for the same, his web hosting, his affiliate network. Will this be enough ?

should i try to take him down or just leave him ?

I got it designed from Minisitefrog.com ... they did a good job ... i designed the layout and finished html.

 

First threaten, scare them, then take action!

 

A simple DMCA notice i think would do more then enough, otherwise there are always the more evil solutions *Grins*

 

You can do DCMA shutdown request to the fake domain

 

Ouch...what an A-hole. I would say the guy on the other end is a little money hungry. Take em Down!!!

 

contact dmca and take down whoever is behind it, it's your right.

 

The site seems to be suspended now!!
