Feedback Someone is illegally distributing my script

I gave this guy a free review copy in this thread for personal use but he sold copies of it and I got a report from zinc-uk that he got an offer from "piyushjeswani" for a copy of the script.

I sent a pm to a mod 3 days ago with no reply and reported the thread twice but in vain.

Why am I being ignored while defending my rights to something that I spent days working on?

Adding a negative itrader will result in getting one back which gets us at 1-1 and that won't make him stop.

Please stop this scammer from doing so, he has no morals. He even sent me PM asking for the latest version WTF!

I have been here long enough to know that such piracy activities are not allowed here and this is why I'm hoping one of the staff will read this thread and act.

 

as far as i know, admin and moderators don't involve on any deal. You can give him neg itrader or red rep.

 

If he's distributing via PM, then you can report the PM otherwise you are probably out of luck.....

I agree that i distributed the script without the permissions and i never thought of the consequences. I deserve the negative itrader and i promise i won't do it again ever.

Your confession of guilt is good step but not good enough. You have to tell me how many copies did you sell, to whom did you sell and how much did you earn from this.

You pay me what you have earned from selling it and I use that as discount to give your buyers legal copies like I did with zinc-uk as he now owns a legal copy and entitled to all future updates.
