Someone is clicking my ads since last few hours.

First I thought I was having a good day, but slowly I realized that it wasn't so.

The clicker isn't clicking too many ads at once, but continuously clicking.

The CTR is 5-7 times normal and average click value has fallen to just above 2 cents.

    I have emailed google....

What else can I do?.

I got banned from Google for a similar issue... I didn't email them. I don't like Google anymore.

Given that your EPC is dropping, I would assume that Google has already picked up on the issue.
As long as you promptly contacted them regarding the matter, you should be on safe grounds. :)
