Hmmm if you live in the US you gotta move if you buy that site...My friends brother owns an online gambling site and supposidly he isnt allowed in the US as long as he runs it........But then thats just my friend S-talking....so I dont know if you cant come to the US?
But I would invest 20,000 and build your own site and market the crap out of it...make it look cleaner than that one...too cluttered.

Providing that a site does generate $20k per month, then a $1.5 million sales price is realistic. For websites and online ventures five times yearly revenue is a common evaluation.

I think it's reasonable, the UK market is just as profitable as the US market, but there's less competition.

For that kind of money, I'd be worried about scams.

Is this really the guy who owns the site offering it for sale?

It seems like for that price, you could meet him in person and see him actually log into the web servers to verify ownership.

But, if all that's legit, 5 years earnings for a site which hasn't been around for 5 years seems a bit much.

1.5 million is just too much money to spend on a website.

20,000 pages views and 7,000 uniques per month and $20k revenue? That seems a lot for the amount of visitors.

He cant do his maths either - http://www.freebets.co.uk/freebetsreports/expekt.pdf

He is one £0.01 out with his sums. Unless the affiliate thing added up wrong??
