does anyone know good lawyer in india ? someone here scammed me and i want the lawyer make compliance and arrest him .. the amount he sccammed me is not important but he made a lot of problem fo me by waisting my time and money i just want to arrest him ... i want to know about the fees and how much it take time until the thief scammed me to be arrest .

No need to get worked up buddy, if you know his details just look for a way to get lawyers and do what you have to do.
Lawyers here won't be able to act for you unless you are their client. I doubt any will just take up a job online. My advice is litigation is expensive, if possible try to resolve it amicably. If there is no choice, just search for a lawyer in India, engage him to sue the other party. But arresting or not depends on the nature of the offense, whether is it a seizeable offense or not.

I would just send him a letter to his home address saying your going to take him to court if your moneys not sent back. Its cheaper and might scare him.
