Someone help me just for a sec to add this CSS to my site?

    Trying to add a style.css and "<link href="/csstyle.css" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css"/>" to my site using WordList Pro. but I cannot add it in the Zend Optimized index.php file or in the template settings in admin panel.

    please help, can give something back in return :)

    Make sure the css file is in the same directory. Also wrong section.
