I always wonder where people find copies of their sites so easily.
    Will you share the secret?

Find where the company is hosting the site at and send a DMCA notice right to the provider, don't even both contacting the company that took it as they most likely won't do a thing.

Go right to the source, and they will force them to take the site down most of the time.

http://www.copyscape.com should have everything you need.

Be warned though, if you have a slightly successful site you will probably find your content has been copied.

Send them an email saying you will sue, that usually works with many companies, if they want to take it to action, i suggest you do, unless the theme you have is a free one or a paid one that you can buy.

Contact them and send them an official notice that you will sue if they don't stop, most people will immediately take down the site. The reason they copied your site is because they don't have much money, or much knowledge. They couldn't afford to lose a court case.

Sorry to hear that. Do as xmartel told you, and perhaps they'll remove it in 48 hours. Good luck!

You just need to send a DMCA takedown notice to the host of the infringing website. Many hosts will actually accept this via email, but you might need to send a letter.

Your notice needs to say that you are the copyright owner. Specify where the infringing material is located, and specify where the material is on your own site.

Just Google "DMCA notice," and you'll find tons of help with this.
