Well I see no one replying... so I'll try to answer you.

First thing you can do is report the ISP or the web hosting company which is hosting that site .....

Be polite and explain them that you're complete site has been cloned by a site hosted by them etc etc. ask them to take action., remove the copyrighted content. Also tell them that You'll take legal action against that site.

Sound like a offical when you mail them the letter. ....

Try this.. That's all I can suggest at the moment. If you think u need more suggestions then wait for few hours ... someone expert than me might answer you as well.

Find a wishing well and wish it away...
Ask a voodoo priestess to put a hex on them...
Buy a ouija board and ask a spirit from beyond...

What are you expecting from other replies?

Here's what you need to do.

Send the offender a cease and desist order (via certified mail with a return receipt - this way if you have to take legal action you can prove that they received it) telling him or her that he (or she) has five business days to remove the offending material before you are forced to take further action. If you're not comfortable with the offender having your address, have your attorney mail it for you on your behalf.

If that does not work, find out where the offending site is hosted. If the server is located in the US, send the host a DMCA (Digital Millenium Copyright Act) complaint letter. Include a copy of the certified letter you sent the offender with the correspondence you send to the ISP. They'll take it down on your behalf. If the server is in a different country, then you're going to have to take a slightly different approach (you'll still tell the ISP that one of their hosting clients is using YOUR copyrighted material without your express written consent), depending on which country the server is in.

Keep a copy of your Web site, the offending Web site, and ALL correspondence between yourself, the offender and his/her hosting provider. Again, this is in case you have to take legal action (file a lawsuit). Copyright laws are VERY strict in most countries (basically the ones that have signed on to the Berne convention), and this weasel will be paying through the nose for years to come if you have to take action and can prove your case.

Very first thing you can do is just report the web hosting company which is hosting that site.

And also depends where you are located.

    Thanks

First contact the host, then if they are doing their job, they will contact the site owner. Well, not really an owner if they just copied your site. If that doesn't work, you need to contact the site owner via a contact link or something. There are other methods to find the owner too, I am sure you are aware of them by reading posts here. If you aren't send me a PM. Hope this helps bro!
