    Send DMCA letter to the host of that copier . Before that send a polite email to the copier
    that remove it else you'll have to take the steps .

    I think he has changed the contents because all I see now is a fresh Wordpress installation...

    umm where do I get a copy of DCMA?

    When checking the site, I see a 403 error but using a proxy reveals that the site is back and running. Can anyone verify this?

    If the DCMA letter doesn't work, send an email to his host explaining the situation.

    So is it not legal to take articles and reword them either? is this just they basically stole your entire blog contents? There are alot of good ideas already up on a fix for the problem. There are other steps as well if those fail.

    I've contacted his host and I'm waiting for their reply

    @cnwelf
    IMO I did all the security details I knew possible.
    I'm in contact w/ my current host to see what happened and how it came to this.

    @KangBroke, he copied the entire thing

    I would calmly give him a strong warning of it continues you have no choice to put leagle action towards him and let him know about how the situation will end on his part.

    The classic steal, it's easy to do for bad webmaster to steal a design! In revenge you can whois the domain name take the guy name and send him a legal pursuit if he not remove the website within the next 30 days.

    In 90% of all cases a legal letter to warn the webmaster to remove the website with a 30 days or 24 hours delay is enough.

    Good luck!

    Its funny.. when you say he stole your site.. he literally stole everything. If you mouse over the ads on the right hand side they are the same links as the your site. So if that stolen blog was to get popular and the ads were clicked.. you would still be benefiting from any revenue produced by the click.

    yeah everything is the same , except you seem to have added more affiliate banners, the copy site is still using your affiliate links and banners on the left hand side. So yeah, you'll even get paid through your affiliate link it seems.

    A quick google of the name found via a whois on the domain make me doubt it's even a legit identity. I'm just waiting for Register.com to reply. God their slow.

    Guess next time I'll put the php bomb script on my site so that if this ever happens again, I can easily bomb the site and render it useless.

    @desilator
    well.. stolen is stolen.

    Oh look. I'm the search for pdada. lol: http://www.google.com.ph/search?hl=...ficial&hs=Tol&q=pdada.com&btnG=Maghanap&meta=
