Someone has copied my site

As the title says someone has made nearly a exact copy of one of my websites. They have copied and pasted all my unique content is there anything I can do about this? Im furious!!

Send them an email about the copyright infringement and threaten them with legal action if they don't remove it immediately. You can go through a process with google, but it's a long process before they will do anything about it. If the site is hosted in someplace like China, it might be your only option.

Where is that place you check and see if your content is completely copied. I can not remember it.

But remember you should be able to prove that that is your content

 

Its clearly a blatent copy dont know how to prove it though.

I can help you out if you tell ur website and the cheater's site

 

If the search engines cached your site, then you can prove it with that. Or, if anyone ever cited you website. All you have to do to prove it's yours is show that you had posted the content prior to them. Has anyone ever emailed you in response.

I'd say get a lawyer and sue the hell out of them. Sue them for their domain name, the cost of your site. If you sue them and win (which you probably can), then they will have to pay your legal fees.

He has definitely copied your site...But are you sure this content ain't available on net easily?

 

As per copysape your content is duplicated and his content is original one.

 

well copyscape is wrong. I wrote all the content myself word for word.

The Nissan Skyline's specifications and tuning guides are available on net.
That's the ompany's specifivation for a car and can be had from their official site. I don't suppose you can write that stuff yourself.

Also email that guy about this issue and tell him now to copy the content.
