Someone has copied my LP word for word as well as my ad. Is there anything I can do at all to get him to amend his LP? I guess with the ads I can't do much....

I can't stand brainless peasants that do things like that! Many a fool has copied my ad to the word and sent me in a rage! But you've got it even worse: the idiot's actually copied your landing page, too! HILARIOUS! :D You must be PISSED!

I don't think you can do anything, unless your material is copyrighted (which I doubt). Whatever the case, send the fool an e-mail, threatening a lawsuit. That might scare him into revising things.

Is there any law that claims it illegal? I think no. Try to contact G.

Nothing you can do unfortunately. You just have to outsmart him. Stay that one step ahead.

Send them a DMCA notice and if they don't take it down take legal action. Most of the time they'll comply with the DMCA. If you don't care then just let it be, it happens to everyone.

Get used to it. Adwords is fast becoming a brainless spy and copy game.

The question would be how do you prove if yours was original... there is no copyright on the landing page... (atleast I am not aware of any)... Doesn't everyone do keyword copying nowadays...

Another interesting part if we have seen almost all gurus & all ebooks promoting the spy sites... even the product launches for such spy tools are very much awaited.. so this is bound to happen... I guess everything is fair in PPC war.. I am not sure if it will help to contact google...

The important point here is to see if there was any impact on your earnings? If yes, then you should do all that was suggested in above posts.. but if not, just forget it & move on...

Could you not report it to the persons webhost and make a complaint that way?
