someone hacking my ip

some guy threatend to hack my ip adress and i dont know if i can but luckily i got his ip adress 75.5.200.216 which i think is in california? can he hack me from all the way over there?

 

I'm not sure if I understand your question. Hack it in what way?

 

distance is of no importance i dont believe he has exploit you unless your not up to date with updates, its very hard to root pcs these days unless they have alot of services running that are insecure. in all honestly i wouldnt worry at all.

 

I also dont understand, what you mean Hack, did your firewall alert you
