Someone gave me negative feedback about one of the ebooks that I am selling. He said that I stole it from another forum, that is not true, I am actually an authorized affiliate for that ebook. ALSO, they are purchasing the ebook directly from craigslisttraffic.com so that is even more proof that I cannot steal the ebook. How do I get the negative feedback removed?

The best that you can do in a situation like this is is to try to justify your case to whoever you do business with in the future. Mods here don't spend their time looking into cases like this, and so therefore all negative itrader ratings should be 'taken with a pinch of salt'.

Report it just like you report posts.

I did report it and its been a couple of weeks and nothing happened. It sucks that people might not buy things from me now because of this. Also, I don't think the person who left the bad feedback even bought my product!

I don't think you can really do anything about this. Just try to get many more positive feedbacks, to cover up for one negative.

it is like bad feedback, take it for what it is.

if you have a potential buyer who brings it up, explain it and move on.

It won't be removed. Anyone not happy with a deal can leave negative iTrader.

And it's a reasonable assumption on the buyer's part for two reasons:

    1. You flat out lie in your post saying that you created it (when you just admitted here that you did not).

    2. You aren't allowed to sell affiliate products via threads here anyway, so it's a logical assumption on the buyer's part that you're actually selling your own product which is different than others already out there.

Live with it. Deal thread closed for violating the affiliate link rules.
