Someone From My IP Generated A Lead! Bad??

I'm not really sure what to do in this situation, so I thought maybe you guys could give me some advice.

I was telling my friends at work about one of my web sites and then later on that day they went to my site and clicked on one of my ads, generating a lead, which resulted in a $2 commission.

However, I didn't know about this and I've logged in to my account from the same IP since then! So I don't want this CJ or the advertiser who's ad they clicked on to get mad at me and ban me or cancel my account or anything like that.

So what do you guys think I should do? Should I contact CJ? Should I contact the advertiser? Should I keep quiet? I want to do the right thing here and keep my account.

A few leads from the same IP does not matter much.

I did 3 leads from my own PC , IP and I use it to login in my acct. So far I have got 3 checks and my acct is in good standing.

I did contact the guy at the affiliate about this and explained the situation to him and told him that I'd rather now receive payment for the lead. So I think I am all good and I hope it doesn't happen again! :)
