it is just a research tools to find profitable niche or affiliate products in clickbank and paydotcom. all the research data can be gather by anyone if they know how to use API and do some programming. so for people with no skill on that area would find it a very useful tools when doing product research.

SEO elite follows the same concept as keyword elite and affiliate elite. The software analyzes what the competitors are doing so you can replicate it, plus some features like monitoring your search engine ranking, backlinks, article posting, e.t.c. It basically automates processes, which can be useful if you don't have a lot of time, but for $167 I don't think it's worth it at all and you're better of doing it manually.
^^ lol, can't forget those who are lazy or are impatient though... I may fall somewhere in the impatient category (not that I am all around impatient but looking at the process of "manually" ... you get what I mean.)

Hi sinc e you understand keyword elite, Seo Elite does diff things but is mainly a tool to check and get links Affiliate Elite will look wich affiliates are promoting a crtain program and give their contact data + it will tell wich sites are adverting with adwords, for what keywords and for how long Anyway, if you don't understand, i think it's not time to buy it yet regards Wouter

Despite nothing much was written about it, affiliate elite review at http://seonext.com/blog/affiliate-marketing/affiliate-elite-review.html is worth visiting since the reviewer was given free beta testing copy of affiliate elite. Not many get free beta testing copies of excellent products.
