someone else redirect 301 to me.

    If someone else redirects (301, permanently moved) their penalized domain to mine, will google penalize my website and take off my site from SERP?

    It is ok, because bad rank and bad link juice can not be redirected.

    Nope, a 301 redirect across domains won't pass bad link juice i believe.

    Were you planning on doing it to someone? hahah

    This is certainly not possible, you need backend access of your website to redirect domains. So, no need to worry.

    if you are making 301 redirect the you can not redirect the spamming work to other. You can make redirection with in your htaccess only not for others htaccess.
