He bidded on one of my auctions and seems that already have problems with someone since I just saw his profile comments.

Can that kind of people be banned please? Scammer have increased drastically since the beautiful bidding system was integrated.

He already saw the topic etc. Since I saw it on his activity, but still.

    I will wait 24 hrs.

    Thanks

Going to have to be a little more specific than that... Thread URL would help.

You know the auction only ended an hour ago, right?

In relation to the 1st thread I see the following at the top of the thread: This sale will end on Dec 16th 2009 at 5:05 pm.
Where I am that was less than 1.5 hours ago your auction ended.
The second auction ended less than a day ago.
It's too soon to be accusing him/her of non-payment.

Edit: Shawn beat me to it.

I specified them that the auction was closed days ago, but I never posted it nor claimed sold, since I never got a response, but lets wait a few days then.

Yeah, I'd say that's long enough.
You want to think very carefully if you give him a negative iTrader - he could hit you with one back and there'd be nothing that could be done about it.
If it was me I would just re-auction the domains and chalk it down to experience.
It's not worth the potential hassle.

theres also a False Marketplace Bid infraction to consider. if what the OP says is true and it appears to be, infractions are due.
