So looking into adsense and CTR is just insane. Someone trying to get me kicked? What should I do? Should I take down the ads and email google?

Definitely email Google and tell them you're getting click bombed. Might not hurt to take the ads down in the meantime.

Email Google before you get perma-banned.

At one point i had more clicks than pageviews, I sent a mail to ask to have it checked ... it is a kind of insurance , even if google does not reply to it (they did in my case), you will be able to refer to that mail in your defence if they would ban you for excessive clicking ....
They must have a system where they can see all mails you already sent to them in the past ... so never use 5 different emailaddresses when you email google support, it helps to always use your adsense login email address

if they smart enough blocking will do no good neither

but yes take the ads off for time being and wait on there verdict, they will more than probably tell u to go and do investigation of your own to find out where its coming from, after that i really dont know what they will do.

    Good luck

That is a tough one. You can get software that protects against this type of attack on your site. Don't have a name off the top of my head. Do a Google search or two. Would probably be well worth investing in.
