What can I do about this? Some web design company copied my mortgage website word for word and the design and sold it to a loan officer. They have it their f'in portfolio!!!

Also what can I do about yahoo, msn, and google dropping some of my pages and dropping me in the serps. My drop was about 2 weeks ago and I couldnt figure out why. I whois this guy and his site was created 7-23-07. I am 100% positive this is why i got penalized.

She removed the site. The loan officer's wife actually owns this website design company. She is claiming that it came in a package of templates she bought on ebay with ALL the content....hmm.....i smell bs. Anyways, I contacted the seller on Ebay and bought the package to take a look although I dont think it was him. I did tell him she is pointing fingers at him and left him her house number and my cell phone number.

Unfortunately it is not formally copywritten. That was my mistake, it is my first site and didn't really think about this happening. I mean stealing a design is one thing, but being so lazy that you cant write your own content is even funnier. I definitely got penalized in google and yahoo and the timings on her registration and my penalties make sense.

How can i contact google and yahoo and make them aware of what happend? This web design company said she would write letters to google and yahoo explaining what happend if i need them. She had the site down before I even asked her to take it down which has guilt written all over it. What do you guys think my next step should be other than contacting google and yahoo?
