My client is currently involved in a legal battle to get a competitors product taken off the shelves. The product is a direct copy of their own patented product with some minor alterations. Recently whilst searching for the generic term that describes these products I found that the competitor now appears one result higher than my client in Google.co.uk. What would you recommend that we do to get my client back above the competitor with their copy of the product? The legal route is taking too long.
Simple way is to...Kill em =D. Just kidding, I prefer you to make your client better look at where the other product fails and improve it on your product which will give them a challenge but at that time you can keep improving it.
