I suggest you manually submit to top 10 or so article directories and find an auto submitter (like Article Marketer or Isnare) for rest of them.

ezinearticles, goarticles. searchwarp, articledashboard, articlealley etc. There are other similar threads on DP..about which are the best article sites. Check PR and Alexa rank too...will give you an idea about traffic.
Ok thanks. One more question, do you copy paste all your articles to those 10 article directories or copywrited it 9 times? It is ok we submit all same content to those article directories?
If you will submit one article then it will work fine for you. I've done a split testing for this and have not fould any measurable results. But if you submit to 100+ sites, then you'd better change a little title, description and text. I have not got results I can trust, but it seems that in this way your article will work better.
I have not used Isnare as a distribution service, but as an article directory it is not good, as it doesn't allow to specify anchor text, just a simple link to a web-site. Anchor text is very important in article marketing. But I still do submit to them.
anyway about article marketer, they will submit our articles to many article directories right? But how about the content? They will only copy pasted it, not edited some articles right?
I use Article post robot. One click submission to 450 or more article directories. It's a pain to setup at first, because you have to create an account with each directory, but once past that, it's very easy to use. costs a little money though
