Someone bought the Name of my Dad's Company

    My pop's has a legal Incorporated business called "solar electric company".....well some dude already bought that domain name.

    Do we have any legal rights to the domain that is my father's company or is everything fair game in the Domain Name World?

    There would lot many companies in this world dealing in the field of solar electricity and so there is nothing unique in this domain name for you to claim your rights on it!

    As they say, early bird catches the fish. Hence you got to forget about it and look for some other name....mate!

    i dont think u have enugh claim over the domain. u must find a different domain name or extension.
