    lets say same set for ips twice a month for about 50-100 accounts?

    That sounds like an ad for adsense-earnings.com.
    Pretty much a auto surf program where members agree
    to click on each others google ads.

    Good catch. I didn't notice that. When someone is so obviously breaking the AdSense TOS, I'm not sure why they would draw attention to their scam by doing something like using a signup referral. I wonder if Google monitors suspicious referral activity.

    There's an even more blatant one in the StormPay auctions. For $1, this guy will click your AdSense ads for 1 month. He even promises to use different IPs to do it!
    $1 for 1 click per day, $2 for 5 clicks per day, $5 for 15 or 20 clicks per day, etc.
    It's a dutch auction, and he has 2 bids so far. I don't belong to StormPay auctions, so I can visit, but not login to get his details.
