Google Adsense Disabled for one site So I got this message. I didn't think anything of it, because when I went to the site, the ads were all there. I made blog post after blog post, and still they were there. Shakaama Live In the meantime I remodeled my blog and took down all the ads. 3 weeks go by and I try to put the ads up, and take down whatever it is they objected to... no ads. So, what's strange is the reason behind the disable. 1. the site has been up for almost 2 years 2. there is nothing on the site that is actually original, yes i paraphrase it and put my intellectual spin to it, but it is not coming from my brain 3. the particular article they cited was the strangest thing of all That article discussed - the legal argumentation presented for gay marriage. And, yes the article was just as boring as the title sounds. It went over point by point the legal arguments presented for gay marriage and why they have failed in court. Specifically the reason Google gave was that I was "speaking against a group". Quite a bit of the article were taken from appellate court cases In an effort to be completely objective, I had many friends go read the article [which was probably half a year old if not a year ] They all came away feeling well informed about the topic. The guess everyone concluded was that someone was getting personal at Google and that there was nothing wrong with the article. What's amazing is that, out of all the sites that I have adsense on, this is the one that had thousands of visitors weekly / monthly. I'm no Perez Hilton, but why shoot yourself in the foot. Has this happened to anyone else? I have written an appeal just today, since I just discovered the disabled ads.
