    use a firewall along with good antivirus scanner. Try comodo

    All this stuff about people telling you to get a antivirs n stuff that 95% isnt the case, Paypal is just being phished too much, I know im right becus ive witnessed it, as a programmer it takes less then 5 minutes to make a fake paypal page and upload it to your server.
    Its about 6 lines of php code.

    You was phished imo, Thats how they accessed your account

    A little update: Today I got an email from paypal and I will get a refund of all the money taken from my account, so hopefully I will have the money within one week again :)

    Ah that's great news...Paypal never issues a refund...your bank must be good to issue them the funds. You might be able to even double...lol
