    Hello,

    I'm planning to buy a domain name in french language. The domain is 8 year old and always PR 1



    Here is some more informations :

    at this time the site is 32th in google.fr first in yahoo.fr and first in bing.fr for the primary keyword and 70th in google.com

    After contacted the guy , he said me that somebody already bid his domain name for 950 EURO (= 1200 $US) ... I'm noob with buying old domain name.

    Can somebody confirm me if this is the right price ?

    What does i need to ask 'as proof' to the guy ?

    How long will it take you to make your money back, based on your business idea? If the answer is "I don't know because the business has yet to generate any euros," you might get better odds at the craps table (sorry, I mean Roulette wheel for you French dudes).
