I track all off my websites but yesterday and I had 1101 page inpressions and 18 click (+1,1$) from unknown sites

today when I checked my account I saw under Site Diagnostics Tab 3 proxy domains

    http:/ / www. access24h. com/ Robots.txt File Oct 15, 2007
    index. php? q= aHR0cDovL3d3dy5pZnVuLnJvLw%3D%3D Robots.txt File Oct 15, 2007
    index. php? q= d3d3LmlmdW4ucm8%3D&hl= 0 Robots.txt File Oct 15, 2007
    http:/ / www. filterless-pro. info/ index. php? q= Robots.txt File Oct 20, 2007
    http:/ / www. hitfilters. info/ index. php? q=

Now what somebody click bombed my account from those proxyes?! I checked em but they use different adsense id, then why adsense bot shows me this domains?:)

I think I have to setup allowed sites. What do you suggest guys contact adsense about this? Today I have 5 clicks from unknown sites. Is there any possibile way to find out who are using our publisher id?

    Regards Nilgesz

Dude adsense login works fine. Our publisher id is visible to anybody who right click and check our websites source. I checked whois of those domains and 2 of them is from same user. I didn't saw adsense on their proxified pages. Maybe that idiot was testing ads with my id.

I've been getting some unaccounted for impressions & clicks too.
Nobody has hacked my account though, maybe somethings up on Google's side.
My diagnostics are fine, just getting unaccounted clicks & impressions at times.

I use channels so when I added up manually it was inaccurate.
    This is strange, though.

Try logging into your adsense, then click the "Adsense Setup" tab, then the link to "Allowed Sites"...

Now type in the domain's you use adsense on... Should help...

Yup I just made those steps;) if a domain have severeal subdomains then enough to allow only the main domain?

Now contact google about last days or just stay safe with new settings?

    Thanks

    *hint hint*

You can create a *.js file to call your adsense code from, and guess what.. they can't see your publishers id! :)

Make sure to set your allowed only sites in your adsense account as well.

Don't forget, if your that worried about people viewing your adsense code just insert it into a *.js file and call it to your website, its legal and hides your code completely.

All someone has to do is make a link to your JS like so:
    www.example.com/secretadsensecodez.js
    Right click + download
    Then open in notepad.

It's legal and shows your code completely. Of course, people might be dissuaded by the addition of more steps, but if someone wants to get you, they can. My solution? Use allowed sites and add all your domains. So even if they have your code, it's worthless unless they get into your account.

    I wonder about this to..
This is what it says on the adsense page..

    And

It seems that if you forget to add a URL to the allowed list and have ad code on that URL.. then the ads are still displayed as normal to the visitors..
Ads are displayed and can be clicked on.. but you don't receive any payment for them clicks...
    So...
Would that mean that I have to make a list like
    http://www.example.com
    http://www.example.com/index.html
    http://www.example.com/article1.html
    http://www.example.com/article2.html
    etc, etc...?
    Or could I just have...
    http://www.example.com

This is something I would need to be 100% clear on before doing, because I would not know any different if I visited my site!
I would still see all the ads but I would not receive any benefit from them...

My guess is that every page must be added to the allowed list... not to good if you have a site with over 100 pages
    Can anyone enlighten?

    Cheers
    James

^^ you can read this on the Allowed Sites page (right side):

    Example URLs
example.com allows all pages across all subdomains
sports.example.com allows only pages across the 'sports' subdomain

Which means that you only need to specify example.com and not all the pages in it, it will automatically be included.

Guys, it's official - there is an Adsense anomaly going on.

In my case , I clearly see today 20% of impressions and clicks generated by an unknown source, and I am a total channel nazi.
The only explanation I have is that the impressions/clicks are just deducted from the channeled data.
