somebody trieng to spam using my email account or what?

    on outgoing box from my sendmail server i have bounced emails like:


    
From 	"=?windows-1251?B?QWJib3R0IEJhbmtz?=" <tovek@we-help-u.biz>
To 	<in@mydomain.com>
Date 	Tue, 20 Jan 3610 17:07:24 +0530
Subject 	=?windows-1251?B?U3dpc3MgQnJhbmRlZCBXYXRjaGVz?=

This

    Code (markup):

    what is this? is somebody tring to spam using my mail server or what?

    It appears that your server has been penetrated. Are you on a shared hosting environment? If you are, report this incident to your webhost so that they could investigate it further.
