Buying Somebody to get installs | $1,000 per week.

    I need somebody to get installs for me, at least 1,000 installs daily.
    Paying $1,000/week with a minimum of 1,000 installs daily.

    Buying leads is not the best way, this kind of thing is not allowed here.

    To clarify for others: think of this as a CPA offer where you fill in emails or fill in a form, he wants you to provide him such leads but for toolbar installs. Of course you can't send him 7000 legit leads, so you're going to be sending him fraud leads which will ultimately get him banned both from this forum and the network.
