Buying Somebody to add few things to my script

    Hello.

    I have a website which uses pretty simple script and would like you to add the following:

    - add option in admin panel to categorize offers in following categories - USA, Canada, UK, Australia and International

    - on user side I want that users can see offers according to those categories (if it's a member from USA he sees offers which I marked in admin panel as USA).

    - automatically detect users country when user is registering (currently they need to choose among countries which are added in admin panel).
