Hi, I just found saw that the website, bananamods.co.nr has copied my website design at, jordan-adams.co.uk. What can I do about this? I have my website copyrighted at myfreecopyright.com as well.

That site doesn't have a site on it, it points to a local host. Do you have wamp installed on your computer? If so deactivate it and look at it again :)

That's because I just found out there host and contacted them. The account was suspended instantly. I also contacted the domain provider for good measure :)

This is the forum for copywriting aka issues content writers face. You would get better replies posting in the "legal issues" forum.

well done. Keep an eye on it though, because they may file a counter claim, and the host may re-enable the dodgy site.

Oh man.. Looks like you have things under control. I hadn't thought about this before, but I'm glad to have learned to contact the host company if this ever happens. good luck!

I'm actually kinda surprised the action was undertaken so decisively and so quickly. One email?? Nice to hear they're reactive, just hope they did it for the right reason (based on actual verification) and not just a knee-jerk "off".
