Somebody, Please Translate That For Me---- Any Spanish Speaker In Here?

Someone just posted the following message in one of my site:

I got it just a little bit but the rest is all Greek to me.

This is what I think he said: " Hello, how are you? I love or like your blog or something else, I am Barbaro.................."

I got confused for the rest of it , guys help a mate out, I'm counting on you.

 

you have guessed it corrent he was saying something like that.
