    HI

I have a couple of domains at godaddy.com and have just deleted my current html pages on one of my servers so I can upload new pages. The problem is that even although my ftp server shows no pages uploaded, my previous pages which are now deleted still show up when I load the main page! Can anybody tell me why it does this?

    Thanks

It must be your cache. Just clear it and reload your page. The pages should not appear anymore after that.

In IE, go to Tools/Internet Options , Browsing History -> Delete , Temporary Internet Files .

If you are using Internet Explorer click on Tools then Internet Options. Under the General tab, delete your "Temporary Internet files".

    OR

If you don't want to go through that boring process, you can simply visit your website again. If the old files appear, click on the Refresh button in your standard toolbar. This forces your browser to fetch the page from the server.
