Somebody copy my articles exactly, what should I do?

Need some help here. Somebody has copy my articles bluntly, exactly words by words, sometimes even immediately after I post. In some occasion, Google has even treated his copied posts as first priority while treating mine as duplicate. Is there anything I can do to stop from happening?

You can contact their host and explain the copyright violation. If you can supply proof the content is yours then the host just might suspend their account.

With the Google results you need to file a DMCA request to them:

Demand the copyright ownership from the site owner, and get him to remove it.

You can follow what turfsniffer suggested.

Thanks nks, worst still, I noticed that the host may be even owned by themselves. But I will try anyway. Filling DMCA with Google has to mail them, can't email, a bit complicated. Is it in violation with AdSense policies? Possible to ask AdSense terminate their account?

Well, someone is hosting them so I'd definitely contact the hosting company and complain. You can't let them get away with that.

You can tell the website owner to remove them.
If he still not removes then you can do some legal actions.

It is best to do all DCMA claims together.

Google Search & AdSense, Yahoo, MSN, Host, and a C&D to the actual company.

You do not need to mail Google (you can fax), and unless the alleged offender counter-claims you are entitled to the AdSense Publishers monies for the latter 3 months.

How should I approach AdSense and the host, I think their host located in place like slovakia or so, is it workable? Should I ask them to terminate their adsense account and take down the website?

Before you actually jump the queue and do something drastic (which may not be necessary), simply first try and contact the site owner (whoever is hosting the webpage). If you can't get through, then contact the web host administrator. Finally, if still no avail, then go the extreme.
