I'm using LxAdmin, and have already set up the DNS template as well as added a domain to the account.

This is how the config. looks like:

(Black = IP, Red = Domain)

All seems to be fine, however, when I try to update my nameservers on my domain registrar it gives me an error saying ns1.domain.com is not responding etc.

Thanks in advance to whoever can help me.

At Godaddy, you can't just change the name server. You have to add a record of what IP the name server is pointing to. THEN add the name server to the list of usables. maybe it's the same at your host, hope that helps. :)

also from your image, I think the TYPE needs to be NS not A for your nameserver. ;)

I got it working, yeah it's similar to what you said.

Well for that particular domain, I had registered via NameCheap, and just went to advanced, and added a record to point the IP to the NS. Then I pointed the NS regularly, and it worked.

    Thanks.
