    hi everybody....

i am thinking to change my payment option from Xoom to Plimus since Xoom's fees is very high... so before i start accepting Plimus, i need to know few things....

    1) How many days or months someone can reverse a payment if paid by PayPal to my Plimus account?

    2) will Plimus lock my account if too many reversals are made from me?

    3) how many days a CC chargeback can be made at Plimus? does Plimus have any limited days for chagebacks?

    4) if someone made a reversal or changeback and Plimus already paid me the money, then will my my balance go -ive? and what will happen if my balance get -ive at Plimus?

    1) With Plimus, they give you the option to work out with the customer through their refund/dispute option.

    2) No that I am aware of but I guess they may give you some kind of warning. Plimus will perform several test before accepting a payment.

    3) Chargeback is a function of the bank and Plimus has no control over chargeback. I believe the typical timeframe given by the bank is 180 days.

    4) If someone does a chargeback, what happens is that Plimus will inform you about it and you see a negative balance. The following month income will use to cover the shortfall until it is in the positive territory before you get paid.
